Each apartment has one bedroom with queen-sized bed, bedside table, a wardrobe and wall mounted television. There is a living area with dining table and sofa cum bed to accommodate additional person. Adjoining this, a pantry has been set up featuring the following:

- Water Purifier
- Induction cooker
- Micro-oven
- Toaster
- Kitchen utensils
Thus, your own cooking and room dining has been ensured. We have also appointed a cabinet containing:
- Wine glasses(4)
- Whisky glasses(4)
- Beer glasses(4)
- Dinning plates(4)
- Side plates(4)
- Water drinking glasses(6)
We request you to handle it with utmost care. In case of damage, you are liable to pay a charge of 200/- per item.
Freebies Tea / Coffee sachets refilled everyday (10 nos max), Powder milk sachets, salt & sugar, Jam sachets.
Food arrangement While you are most welcome to cook yourselves, cooked items are available from nearby locations.
There is a Roof-top on the terrace for you to relax at appropriate hours. You can use the roof-top garden. Avoid alcohol. Contact supervisor for accessing the roof-top garden.
Note: You can pay Rs. 2200 per night instead of USD 30 per night for offline Bank payments.
