The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 18 years old), or 3 adults and 1 child

Rights of admission reserved by the management. Booking confirmation may be denied without assigning reasons.

For children less than 18 years of age, suitable proof of identity required.

At the time of booking through website please specify your Aadhar number(must for Indian residents) and passport number.


Check-in: 12 NOON onward
Check out: 11 AM
Late Checkout: Subject to availability

If you pay directly to bank please ensure the deposit details with booking number to shantiniketancalling2017@gmail.com

Please produce a original proof of identity (valid government-issued identification or passport (for Foreign Nationals) at the time of Check-in.

Carry a photocopy of the same to be handed over to the caretaker(for each individual)


Indian rupees 1800 per night for Indian residents
USD 25 per night for Foreign Nationals
Payments either through online booking option or direct bank transfer.

The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.

The Rates are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax.


No refund will be provided for cancellation or amendment done 24 hours before the date of arrival.

Cancellation or amendment of booking made between 2-7 days of arrival will incur as cancellation charges equivalent to 50 % booking amount.

Cancellation or amendment of booking made between 8-15 days of arrival will incur as cancellation charges equivalent to 25 % booking amount.

Cancellation or amendment made before 15 days will attract no charges and a full refund will be made.

In case, the booking amount is paid using a credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.


By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the apartment, your stay subsequently shall be subject to its standard terms and conditions of stay.

The Apartment may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if it is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

The Apartment shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

You shall indemnify and hold the apartment harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the apartment.

The Apartment shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the apartment.

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.

House cleaning will be done once in the morning between 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

In case of power cut, limited power will be available from the captive generator set.


Please do not use air-conditioner while cooking inside the apartment.

Please switch off power once you exit the apartment.

Please co-operate with the local supervisor regarding your request.

Please maintain cleanliness inside the apartment.
